"Rebecca groomed our elder dog & did a beautiful job. She meticulously clipped Gibsons nails, no more cherrio shaped dew claws! His white socks looked so white, nice clean eyes & ears. He came home smelling fresh & clean. Great job Rebecca! Thank you for making Gibson feel his best during his styling visit."
"Sage is a great groomer. I've brought my grandmother's dog to her a few times now and she is very consistent with her work so we only have to decide on length. Drop off and pickup is a breeze and the price is fair."
"Bridget was so accommodating. She squeezed us in between appointments, even though she was working alone. She was really great with my older dogs. They are usually scared of strangers, but not with Bridget. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Bridget!"
"Erik was amazing with our 3 dogs (as always). He was working solo that day and showed patience and professionalism. We have been coming to Petco for grooming and shopping and will continue to recommend your grooming services. Thanks!"
"Used to take our puppy dog to them in winter for her baths. She won't get in the tub and she's too big to argue with, so we can't bathe her when it's cold. Told them not to try drying her, she doesn't like it. She takes off when I dry my hair. When we returned to pick up our puppy dog, we were informed "I know you said not to dry her, but we tried anyway and she freaked out so we stopped". We paid, left a little angry and when we got home we found an abrasion on her nose, probably from the "freak out". Needless to say, that was Janis's last visit. I know my dog better than they do, but they chose to disregard my instructions and traumatize my dog. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they would try after I told them she doesn't like it. It is just cruel to try and make a dog endure an unnecessary thing that upsets them and I will not subject my sweet, sweet dog to such cruel treatment."
