It is not okay to condescend people and then run yelling to your manager that a customer is at fault when in fact you told us we should groom our dog at home instead. Our dog obviously didn’t feel comfortable around you and now it makes sense. Maybe focus on the service aspect of your SERVICE job."

"Had an awful experience here. Our dog was a little nervous and the worker continued to complain as she put the collar on our puppy. She misgendered our dog multiple times after correction. Then spoke down to us about how nervous she was, said that we should cut our own dogs hair and that we should have our dog on a grooming schedule, when we clearly said that she is on a monthly schedule she just doesn’t go to this store and for good reason. After this we said we would go someone else and didn’t complete the service. We overheard the employee telling her manager that “they got mad”. Seems like this person didn’t care about their job and was trying to dodge doing work. Extremely disappointing."

"Terrible experience here on multiple visits. Ever see an employee that is trying to dodge doing anything? How about one that will set it up to fail? Yep, that is what we have here. The employee acts weird and afraid, guess how your dog reacts? You won't see a can-do attitude, more like a how-to-dodge giving the service attitude. Keep looking."
