"Came here on a whim because they were able to fit us in on a busy holiday weekend. We loved the haircut our guy received cut short just how we asked. However his nails weren’t trimmed and we specified that (multiple times)and it’s the most important thing he needed. We also weren’t made aware that they didn’t take credit. They don’t have a card reader at all they only accept cash or check. When informed (when she called to tell me that the dog was ready) I told the girl I needed to run by the house and grab cash (5 mins away) she called me back and stated that “we are going home after this so if you could not take a long time” super unprofessional. Also more pricey (not including tip) than regular place usually we pay $80 that’s including the tip and it was $90 here without the tip. And there were services missing."

"I loved it here! Getting an appointment was easy. The owner knew exactly what type of haircut my puppy needed. My baby was comfortable with the owner and the young lady working there. Compared to other places in Lakewood this place has best prices. If you looking in Lakewood or locally go here. The young lady was also very friendly. My baby Coco looks so cute! Will be back for sure."

"The recording said they sometimes take walk-ins but only before 10am so I arrived at 9:45 and they fit me in! Note that they close earlier than other groomers - but the two people working there were really nice! The man doing the grooming strikes me as an excellent dog person but maybe not excelling in people skills, so don't be put off. He knows his stuff and did a great job on my dog! One of the best cuts she's ever gotten! AND it was only a couple hours before they called to have me pick her up."

"I've had my Himalayan mix cat for 12 year (I got her when I was 16). Ever since she was fixed, she would never let me brush her underneath her. So the hair on her belly was all matted. I feel terrible that I never realized she needed be groomed because of her long hair. So I immediately set to rectify the situation and called Lori's. Needless to say my cat was not happy during the grooming. But the groomer was fantastic. Once I got my cat home she stood up and looked at me like, "that's it?" I'm pretty sure she thought she was at the vet. Poor thing. S was so happy when we got home because she realized immediately it was easier to walk and move around. She's such a happy cat now. And she wants me to brush her all the time now. I had a great experience with this groomer and I will definitely bring her back."
