"Employees are awesome. They even gave him a medicated shampoo b/c he was itchy around his belly area from wearing doggie diapers, as he is older and incontinent in his sleep. However, his haircut was quite uneven. Ears were trimmed but fur was missed, leaving them uneven as well. They also forgot to take the cotton out of his ears after they bathed him."
