"First let me start off by saying this place does have very friendly staff but I took my Persian cat to be groomed today and when I went to pick her up and got home I noticed that they cut her whiskers… cutting whiskers is a BIG NO NO for cats and can cause disorientation and loss of smell… This place is outrageously expensive as well. I’m very upset about my cats whiskers only assuming this place doesn’t know very much about cats because I’m sure not very many cats come in but please be aware… GROOMERS CAN NOT CUT YOUR CATS WHISKERS OFF."

"Took my Yorkie to get groomed today and in less than one hour they called back. Other groomers have taken 3+ hours so I'd definitely recommend if you run a tight schedule. As far as the groom they did everything I asked for with good quality."
