"**EXTREMELY HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE BUSINESS OWNER** Took my dog to get a wash and groom for $100 and after an hour my dog was returned. - They washed my dog poorly, he still smelled and had certain stains on his coat from being dirty still on the coat. I can easily remove these myself but I trusted this groomer to do a better job since I didn’t have the time. - didn’t brush my dog. My dog came with even MORE LOOSE HAIR than when I sent him. He was shedding so much and leaving hair everywhere! -he was still damp - didn’t touch his nails or ears, they were not cut or cleaned. To make it worse, we called to ask for a refund or to reschedule the appointment, but the owner refused a refund AND became extremely aggressive so I got scared and didn’t want to send my dog back there to him again. He then cussed me out and started using bad language. I’m reporting this company. I feel scammed out of $100."
