"My dog ended up there for 6 hours. She is TRAUMATIZED. shaking and nervous. I get it. We walked in. They made it like it was an easy yes. She got picked up at 8:50pm (yes almost 9pm) and was dropped off around 2pm. Not to mention she’s all uneven. Underneath her tail still had hair and her ears are uneven and underneath her belly. Doesn’t looked brushed or combed out. Ponytail rushed. Didn’t even get close to what was asked (picture was included). She doesn’t smell like anything like did they use Dawn?? Also there was a lot of cats. So. NO. do not go."
