"I first tried acupuncture after I ignored the pain from holes in my stomach long enough for the pain to spread, leaving me with no exact spot in my entire stomach region to point to at the doctors. I went to several specialists, finally discovering my stomach was the source. After constant nudging by Karen, (it took a lot because I am very needle-phobic, requiring restraint when getting shots.)
