"Went in for throbbing pain which Doctor Ron Gertch diagnosed it as hemorrhoids. Had the THD done by Surgeon Michael Khalil. After surgery experienced the most pain I have ever felt. When I called the surgeon he said "oh yeah I'm pretty sure I saw a fissure while operating". When I went back to Premier Hemorrhoid Center and spoke to DR Gertch about this he suggested removing the new skin tag formed by the fissure. I didn't know what a fissure was or how to heal it. So he basically removed a skin tag while I had an active chronic fissure. I was screaming loud enough that my wife and other patients could hear from lobby. I have since spent the last year trying to heal from fissure. They also said I wouldn't pay more than the max out of pocket which I ended up paying way more. Even after paying all they sent a debt collection agency after me and had to clear it with them. This has happened 2 years so far. For your sake avoid this place."

"I was visiting San Diego from New York and experienced terrible symptoms during my visit. Not knowing what to do or where to turn, I stumbled upon this clinic and received the best medical care I could have ever hoped for. After being diagnosed on 8/23/19 and being scheduled for THD surgery on 8/30 (allowing time for swelling to subside), I woke up from surgery feeling much better than before.
