"This place is so efficient and organized. I went in for an ultrasound and was in and out . 2 months later for an x ray and was in and out . The staff is on it . SDI set the standard for medical practices . Tipping my hat for a job well done twice ."

"Great experience once I got there. The upsides: staff was terrific. Everyone from the receptionist, Physician Assistant, and Radiologist (Lisa I think?) were so calm and friendly. I was also happy my MRI appointment started right on schedule. I had to get a contrast injection but they made it pretty painless and easy. I’d definitely come here again for imaging. Downsides are what other people talk about. You may need to be persistent about calling them to get an appointment. Fortunately, it wasn’t as far in the future as other places. Other downside was parking was more limited than expected. The parking garage was almost full."

"I would say very helpful . I got an appt in 1 week compared to others would be in 6 months. Front receptionist great help . The lady in the back who did my mri was very helpful because I was kinda upset and frightened for being inside the mri machine but she talked to me calm and telling me everything would be okay and I was able to calm down . Didn’t get her name but wonderful . I would come back oh also got an xray and the lady’s were also great would recommend"

"I don’t typically leave reviews but feel compelled to based on all of the negative ones I read. I was sent to SD Imaging for an MRI by an mfm specialist and had a great experience. When I called to make an appointment, I was only on hold for 10 minutes and was politely informed that they hadn’t received the order from my physician yet (I called less than 24 hours after the order was placed). I planned to call the next day but they actually reached out to me first to schedule the appointment. I arrived at 6:30am to check in and was called back at 6:45. Before they put me in the machine, they explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and even provided a warm blanket & headphones. Parking was super easy and the whole process went smoothly for me. I’m sorry to those who have had a bad experience, but if you have an experience like mine, you’ll be totally fine under their care."
