"I have something going on, not sure what but it’s hurting and they scheduled my appointment in three more months. I feel I could die waiting for an answer. It hurts on my liver and goes all the way back to my middle back. I haven’t heard anything back about my ultrasound or mammogram. Almost impossible to reach them by phone, maybe once in a blue moon..and If you request an appointment online they’ll not contact you. Also unfortunately, you need to wait long time for the front desk to attend you and then long time to get in for your visit. I have gone once and it was close during service, call three times and no one answered. Sorry."

"This office is the worse. The office staff is very undertrained. The phone goes to voicemail most days with no call backs. There is never any concern for your ailments unless you are in the office. One must bring their own information to them before they will respond and then they don't know how to get the correct information. The doctor doesn't seem to care that her staff is lacking and says to call or text her personally. I would not recommend this Doctor to ANYONE. After a year of pain and no referrals, I am done with this facility!"

"This place is horrible I can never get a hold of anybody on the phone and they’re holding me hostage for my prescription first. I was told if I got the labs I could get my prescription renewed so I did now I’m being told no I need need a check up They have no idea where my labs are, and they never reached out to my previous doctor for my record please do your self a favor and go somewhere else"

"My mother was new patient, and this doctor refused to refill her prescription. Doctor takes forever to respond! Unfortunately my mother passed away, all could of been prevented if she allowed Refill on her prescription! My mother would be alive if she just helped out her New patient at her office. Unfortunately mother change doctor, never made it to that appointment."

"Initial visit was great - then never heard back. I’ve tried calling a few times, different weeks / days, goes straight to voice mail now. Patient care seems to be lacking and unprofessional. I initially loved my experience and now I can’t say anything close since I can’t even get a follow up to a call after going through all their referral appointments outside their practice. I’d say to look elsewhere for care - I’ll be changing my provider."
