"The officers that go with them two calls are bullies. I'm a 48 year old woman I am non aggressive. I don't have a criminal record, and I have nothing in my background whatsoever that states I am violent. Yet a week ago I was manhandled by the cops that went along with the pert team of El Cajon. It seems to me, the officers that work in conjunction with pert seem to believe that that gives them the license to be a bully. It seems if someone has not done anything aggressive, but objects to being put in handcuffs, when they've done nothing wrong is enough for them to get manhandled by these people. They don't care about psych patients people they don't care about people who are going through a psychiatric crisis. They feel it gives them the right to bully and show her who's boss. I have complex post-traumatic stress disorder period after what happened my symptoms have amped up 100%. I have bruises all over me when I did nothing except refused to give them my wrists to be handcuffed because I didn't want to look like a criminal leaving my home in front of my neighbors. So yeah as far as I'm concerned, if you have a psychiatric problem, don't call Pert. If they're called on me again... Let's just say they won't get to me."
