"I am not going to recommend anyone to even attempt to get an app with this medical group. First, they will have you waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes, finally when they answer they have just excuses to help you getting an appointment. The front desk really need to learn how to treat patients. The interesting thing is that when they answer the phone I heard they were having a very interesting conversation between the secretaries about eating in one restaurant vs the other. I cannot say if doctors are good or not, since I could not evaluate service based on the ineptitude, rude treatment that filtered my chances to see a doctor at West Gastroenterology. Just a little effort to be polite and professional could help this place a lot."

"It took me 6 months to get this appointment. They reschedule people based on their poor scheduling. On the day of the appointment I waited almost two hours in the waiting room. Staff is too busy for a question. I do not recommend this place Definitely going to find a better place to seek treatment."

"I first want to say that the doctors at West Gastroenterology are amazing! The two star review reflects the office staff and wait times. I have been coming here for 3 years, and never once have I had an appointment run on time. You will wait at least an hour after your appointment to see the doctor, if not longer. At the moment I am writing this review, I am 1 hour, 25 minutes passed my appointment time and still waiting. The office staff is not rude or mean at all, just very bland, like zombies. No personality or making patients feel welcome in the office. Not personable nor a single smile in the house. I keep coming back for the doctors, but I literally have to take a full sick day to come here for appointments because I never know how long I will be here."
