"I am concerned about this place. I took my deaf mom there three times and each time there was no American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. This is not a #deaffriendly place. This cardiologgy specialist medical group will keep you on holding on phone for ten minutes or longer, keep you waiting in office 30 minutes or longer even with an appointment time and then only to be greeted by a doctor without interpreter. I hope they improve soon."

"My Mother was in need of attention as she is battling a terminal illness. In order to be approved for new treatment she needed to see a cardiologist asap, and Dr. Biswas' and her team made it happen. They were able to get my Mom scheduled and treated in a timely manner, and communication from all parties were seamless. "I was so hopeful with the Murrieta office, when they quickly got me in. However I quickly learned I was wrong. After a hospital visit in October, I was referred here to get answers to ongoing heart problems, it’s been 2 months since my first appointment and I’ve been falsely promised results time and time again. First I was told I couldn’t change the address for a heart monitor that was shipping to my house because it had already been sent out, and then 3 weeks later I was told it never sent and the address provided wasn’t valid so I needed to wait for them to receive it at the office. Which they still have not received. I was later told I should wait 1-2 weeks max for echo results, and after almost a month I was told by one front desk assistant that the results were ready but I had to wait 2 days to receive a call about them, and then later today I was told the machine is broken and they don’t have my results. Tired of wasting my time coming to the office to check on things, or being told different answers every time I call and not receiving phone calls back or results."
"Dr. Sandeep Sangodkar was very kind to my grandmother, he was quick to get us into a room and yet patient while hearing our concerns which wasn’t much since she had just seen her cardiologist in Hawaii around Dec 2022. He ordered an Echo and we were on our way! 5/5 Cardiologist specialist office 2/5 My grandmother’s Primary Care Physician sent over a referral for a cardiologist because she has a pacemaker. Since she relocated from Hawaii to California, I had a problem with the insurance. The first time I called it was around 1145am, do not call around that time because there will be a queue of at least 10 people and every min it knocks off a person till it’s your turn then someone gets on and purposely hangs up on you. Then you call again and they answer but pretend they can’t hear so again they hang up, You call a third time and by this time you’ve wasted 20mins, a recording comes on that the staff has gone to lunch. Isn’t that unbelievable? I call back around 2pm to see if the insurance had gone through. The well needed break made the staff friendlier except I wasn’t sure about the dates since I wasn’t home to look at my calendar. Again, they said they stop taking calls around 430pm because they close at 5pm. It’s the day of our appointment and things go smoothly the on-site staff and medical assistants were very helpful. We were in and out of the office within the hour. It was quite crazy in there; it was like a call center. There were probably 10-12 medical assistants answering phone calls. I was blown away! With so many staff one would think the person in charge can stagger shifts so they all don’t have to take lunch at the same time."
