"This has to be the worst DR office around , I’ve tried to make an appointment for three days all during business hours and it’s goes to voicemail, can’t even answer the phone for their patients. Please do not waste your time or energy trying to go to this place. If I could give zero or even negative stars I would."

The place isn't the nicest and cleanest but not as bad as a couple of reviews said I dread going there and am soon going to be changing insurance and doctors. Avoid this place if you can"

"The nurses are very helpful and the doctor is very nice and polite. I usually go to Valentine Medical Clinic to do my annual checkup and I have never been disappointed once. The place is well organized and the nurses are skilled and intelligent. The clinic is one of the best in California and they render great services and assistance."

"The Dr. and several nurses were very rude and unfriendly. Everyone was quite and vague. Location is very dirty with broken furniture and equipment. The building itself is very run down covered in graffiti and trash. Gave a request to 3 separate people including the nurse rearding vaccines which was not passed along even with notes and therefore ruined our vaccination record but gave us a sketchy handwritten version that is sure to cause problems for years to come. Not all bad though, after we filled out 15 pages of redudnant paperwork, the wait time was only 15 min."
