"We take our dog on a regular basis for grooming. Bath, nail work and others are done here last three years. Friendly staff and thorough care are always delivered."
"I was extremely unsatisfied. When booking I sent pictures of the cut I wanted. I showed up to my appointment and the lady had no idea who I was. So she had to create my profile and take down my information all over again. I showed her the picture of the cut I wanted even asked I should send it to her phone/ e-mail since the other lady did not relay my information, she said it was not necessary. All i wanted was a cross between a puppy cut with a schnauzer face as u can clearly tell he’s schnauzer. Instead I got a half as cut with spots shorter than others and a teddy bear face— eliminating his eyebrows. I tried being patient despite my disappointment and tried to communicate with the lady of what I wanted but then quickly realized it didn’t matter. There’s a language barrier and she was just repeating herself. I don’t believe she knows what a schnauzer cut is. I don’t suggest anyone waste their money here."
