She will go out of her way to not help the patient or family members. I will never go back to this office, nor would I recommended to anyone. I will be filling out Patient Satisfaction Survey and reaching out to the wellness committee."

"This office has great doctors , however the office manager who is in charge of making sure there are policies in place to handle ,emergency situations. I was told by the doctor that say me that the situation with my SCS is an emergency and must be attended to immediately , I may even have a possible infection that might be traveling up the spinal cords that lead from the generator SCS ,to my spine. Now one would think that if a doctor says it must be removed immediately the staff would act upon that and expedite the issue to your insurance that very same moment and get a Verbal confirmation. That's all I'm saying if you plan or thinking about this doctor I highly recommend you Go elsewhere."
