"Dr is amazing, friendly. Problem is the office is stuck in last millennia. HIPAA allows emails to be sent with test data. The Dr. does not need to call and go over data anymore. An ID card can be emailed or scanned, doesn't have to be physical anymore. I understand these reviews don't matter as much because it doesn't seem they are trying to gather more patients, but it would be a huge jump to consider email as a valid communication tool in 2019."
"Good doctor, but receptionist very rude. If you want to keep patients get rid of her. Her position should be back office and not front office. And the doctor is not supposed to take his side as he knows how she is."

"Don't even bother going to this office. I had such a horrible experience trying to see the doctor I just walked out. First the receptionist was incredibly rude over the phone as well as when I got there. They don't have email at all so I couldn't send them my insurance card nor were they smart enough to make the copy machine work so they basically said I would have to pay cash. They also refused to call my insurance company to see what would be covered in my visit."
"Saw this doctor once and he seemed unconcerned and did not answer my questions at all. Felt like I wasted $80. Called again to schedule another appointment cause they had at least some info about me. Left a message with the exchange and never got a call back.."
