"Doctor changed my meds after I explicitly told him not to. Wound up with some funky medical problems after that. Receptionist has a thick accent and nearly identical pronounciation of the letter B and V. So I sent some documents to Harvard by accident."
"3 stars because of terrible receptionist. She was rude and yelling at me, on top of that she hung up on me twice. This was over an insurance issue, she doesn’t know anything about the difference between copay and out of pocket expenses. Dr Sandhu on the other hand is amazing. Kind, understanding, and breaks things down to details to help me better comprehend what is happening."
"We were referred here for psychiatry and alcohol abuse treatment, but the very rude receptionist said they don’t do either. Super confusing since his profile says he does both. They also don’t accept Blue Shield PPO I guess. Also, we called them a week ago and left a voicemail - no response or follow-up, but they answered the phone very quickly today."
"Staff cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for a week later. During the waiting period I needed my refills which were supposed to be done the day of my cancelled appointment. Absurdly they denied my refills arguing Dr. hasn't seen me yet. Could you believe that? That I needed to wait a week for my meds. They could care less that they were the ones cancelling my scheduled appointment. I suffered tremendously because of them. This was the second time I was denied a refill at only a week close to my appointment. The first time the Dr. admitted to me he did not know anything about me being denied the refill and that he was going to have a pet talk with his staff, although not apologetic, at least he was aware that he definitely has two problems named Stephanie and Summer in the office. These people do not listen, do not have any empathy for the patients and play with their vulnerability and health. Shame of them! If you value your health, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place."
"Awful! I sat in the waiting room 20 minutes before the dr was ready and 10 minutes for my husbands actual appointment (never takes longer than that and he NEVER discusses medication changes). During the entire 30 minutes I sat there, Stephanie sat there calling patients demanding “missed payments”. I was appalled by her attitude towards their other patients and concerned that this was the office my husband was seeking professional help from! Every customer seemed to be arguing that they had in fact made payments. I mentioned to my family how bizarre the office was but didn’t think too much of it. Cut to today, when we received a call. Both Stephanie and Summer were HORRIBLE over the phone!! Incredibly rude, especially considering they work for a mental health clinic? They insisted he missed an appointment (he didn't, we had a written card..) and that we owed $50. This had ALREADY been a discussion before and despite having proof there was no “missed appointment”, we handed over the $50 weeks ago. So now where was it? After long horribly rude conversations with Stephanie, we were able to deduce that the $50 was NEVER OWED TO BEGIN WITH. Not sure if it was in her pocket or what but she “found” the extra $50 and decided she would just use it to “pay off” the nonexistent missed appointment fee. We are lucky enough for $50 not to be an issue, but I genuinely hope no one in a poor financial situation goes here because they WILL take advantage of you."
