"Overall it was a negative experience. The wait was quick and the front office staff was respectful upon arrival. On the questionnaire, I indicated that I strongly dislike the dentist and I have a sensitivity to temperatures. During the cleaning, I was obviously in pain and uncomfortable. The dentist never asked if I was okay and said “your teeth are really dirty” to justify the pain she was causing. She also critiqued the hygienist In front of me for an unnecessary reason. If the hygienist was not aware of the dentists expectations when greeting the dentist prior to the cleaning then the dentist should have provided clearer instructions, not inappropriately critique her in front of the client. Additionally, when I declined a service and was reading the print so I would know what I was signing the worker said “you are just saying no to the thing that is causing you to have so many cavities”. The hygienist was the only positive experience of the dentist."
