"The worst costumer service they never answer the phones after a long time waiting period and after I called them 5 times finally one person answered me and she told me she will contact the phone to doctor office but the phone disconnected. They are headache don't try to contact them you will get disappointed"

Went to follow up on and MRI of my back, Dr didnt help said since I am seeing specialist on my neck and headaches let him take care of this. I am not pleased. They also just charge you without even looking to see if you've meet deductible max. they still owe me money."

Getting same day appointments when you are sick is not easy but that's how it is at every doctor's office. "It's like you can't Predict when you get sick If you call for an appointment they never have anything it's always till the following month it's ridiculous.they can never fit you in the Schedule Even if you have great insurance and I just tell you go to the emergency Room.
