They never asked for a tip other than how much to tip so they can add it to my credit card. I feel so good when I leave there. My husband and I try to go weekly."

"I visited this place today (12.10.23) and had a bad experience. Massage was OK and was nothing special, but what really got me mad is that they are very pushy and rude, asking for a high tip. This is my overall review: The good: Inside the mall so you can take a break from shopping and find some relaxation. The bad: The massage is not that great, and it feels like they are just caressing you. The ugly: When paid, they charged me $35 instead of $30, so I asked, and they told me that the price is now $35. The funny thing is that their other location inside the mall by Forever 21 only charges $30. I am not going to fight over 5 dollars, but I think this is dishonest and only shows the kind of personnel they employed. The bottom line. Do not go to either location as they overcharge, and the service is not good. I think this is called stealing. They're thieves... Visit at your own risk."

"I do not recommend this place. The lady was kind of rude and the massage didn't. I feel good. I asked for a 20 minute massage and she told me that I would be getting a 30-minute massage. It really wasn't a massage. It felt like she was just rubbing her hands up and down my feet and legs. I got no benefit from it. The place is not relaxing. The reflexology is in the front of the store. No dim lighting. No relaxing music. She stopped my massage to greet a new customer. Bad experience and not worth the money"

"Labeled “pure massage”. Did not have a good experience. Not enough lady masseuses, and when you ask for a lady or same gender for modesty, they (Wei Yan) press a male on you. Wish I had looked at reviews before coming. And tbh massage was what you’d expect a mall massage would be. Will not be back"

"My husband and I came in at 8:10pm for a massage on a Saturday night. The mall closes at 9pm so we asked for a 25 minute massage. The lady there was all by herself so she said to wait and called some other guy. She charged me $60 for both massages (2 30 min) when I had asked for 25.... but whatever we said ok because she had charged my card already. So then they start doing the massage.... She started on my husband and I had to wait a few minutes for the other guy to get there, so he finally gets there and we get our massages. Once the lady finished with my husband she demanded a tip, he told her to wait because his wallet was in my bag. So then they finish mine and we are standing by the door and the 2 massage people and some other guy come out demanding for us to tip them, telling us that we had to leave a tip because it was late and they were almost closing. Because of their demanding attitude we did not tip them anything ! Never going back!!!!"
