"I've been brining my kids for roughly three years, and unfortunately, there appears to be a decline in the efficiency of service. During my last three visits, I experienced significant delays, consistently waiting for 30-40 minutes past my scheduled time before being summoned. Despite my optimism for improvements, today mirrored past experiences. My appointment was set for 9:00 AM, yet I was not called in until 9:49 AM, which I find unacceptable. We sat at the chair waiting for another 10 minutes. there is only a single dentist available to attend to all the children, resulting in long waits. I'm dissatisfied with the prolonged service time. Despite the circumstances, the dentist exhibited commendable understanding and empathy towards my frustration as a parent due to the wait. Contemplating this experience, I am considering seeking a new dental practice for my children near our home. I don’t recommend it. Brian"
