They made many people wait 3-4 hours past their scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, and then they provided the doctor with the wrong test results, making this meeting, which took up half my workday, absolutely pointless. Furthermore, for some reason, the staff even let in people whose appointments were scheduled after mine. Is there some kind of selective process at play here? If so, what's the basis for it? Update: the staff aren’t communicating well, and you have to chase down anyone just to get anything"
