"Dr. Hawkins is a great Doctor but I gave two stars because of his nurses they need an attitude adjustment or they need to go. They do not follow up on things and they do not do their job and they are very rude and unprofessional. My mother has been seeing this Doctor for years and his nurses are just horrible to her not ok!"

"Excellent service from the front desk to Dr. Hawkins. He has been my Dr. For 20 years and now he is my husbands, my sons and their wives doctor. We are lucky to have him as our doctor. Dr. Hawkins is very thorough in his examinations. We all love this wonderful doctor."

"This office has the most incompetent secretaries I have ever experienced. They have delayed my treatment by months. If you miss a (rare) call back from them, expect for your return call to be ignored for the rest of the day. I’ve approached every call with patience and respect. What I got in return was an attitude and no urgency. Upon arriving for your appointment, if you get that far, expect a group of women laughing and chatting amongst themselves in the back, while you wait nearly 10 minutes for them to finish. Health care is not a priority here."

"Dr. Hawkins is amazing. He listens to my concerns and recommends the best possible treatments. But his staff is HORRIBLE. The amount of times I have tried to call and schedule an appointment and am only met with an attitude. They do not follow through on anything. I have been waiting on my lab orders for weeks and am only getting sicker. As a receptionist for a doctors office you are the first impression that a patient makes. How do you expect a nervous or anxious patient to feel comfortable at a clinic when you are completely rude, dismissive and just plain ugly. If you don't like your job, QUIT. Don't make the patients suffer because of your lack of kindness. Do better."

"The reason I gave them 1 star was because I have been trying to find a new clinic for myself and my insurance company recommend Dr. Randy Hawkins' clinic. I called to see if they were accepting new patients because due to the pandemic some clinics aren't. The lady who answered the phone was so rude! When I was trying to ask her questions she kept interrupting me. She kept cutting me off and repeating that she wasn't sure they accepted my health insurance and that I should contact my insurance company to see if my insurance company can check if their clinic does accept my insurance. I tried to be polite and explain that my insurance actually recommended their clinic, but the lady was clearly not listening. I decided to just hang up on her because I didn't see the conversation going anywhere. Honestly, I don't know if she was having a bad day or she just has a horrible attitude and is completely rude. I have never left negative review, but as a prospective patient and reading the positive reviews, I was left disappointed. Now I won't know if Dr. Hawkins could have been a great doctor because his secretary made me never want call again."
