"They always don't know how to locate my imaging referrals and the "techs" don't even know how to do an xray. Also, as other people mentioned in their reviews the front desk staff are very rude even when they are failing to pull up your referral and will refuse to help you make an appointment"

"The person in the front door is very welcoming, but the girls in the front desk are rude. I asked at what time I will be seeing because I had the appointment at 8:30 they told me to arrive at 8:15 and the lady on the phone very clearly said you’ll be seeing at 8:30 am, so since I had to be at work at 10 I said ok. But once you’re there is not like that and when I asked the person in the front desk she just answered in a way that seemed like I was bothering her and said well I don’t know very contemptuously. I don’t usually write reviews but just don’t give people wrong information and then get upset when they asked you."
