"Horrible service. Was on my way home without my id n this Hispanic receptionist (who may i add, always gives people a hard time) refused to serve me. This has been my office for the past 5 years. The other African American receptionist has never refused me service in tge event that i didn't have my id. So upset! I don't even live close to that office n have none near my house. (Only mentioned ethnicity because i don't know their names)"
