"There are too many check-ins for this site. When PCR testing was for free, it was very seamless. Now it's no longer free and I needed to 1. Fill out forms online immediately after I had scheduled the appointment. 2. Speak to a virtuak check-in specialist that asked similar questions to the forms I filled out 3. Speak again to an on-site physician assistant to answer the same questions I've already answered 2 times. Additionally the virtual check-in specialist said I should arrive at 8am (appt was at 750) because there wasn't going to be anyone on site to do my pcr until 8am. Well I showed up early and there was someone there administrating pcrs. So I'm very confused... It feels like the virtual specialist isn't needed here and if you use this service, expect to fill out and answer a lot of the same questions over and over again."

"Excellent facility, like so many of us I've been tested a lot over the last two years and this is definitely one of my favorite places. Staff is pleasant and efficient, the longest I've waited was 20 minutes and that was with a queue that stretched far up Overdale Dr."

"The line for drive up for testing took me 2.5 hours. The cars are lined up over a block out of the parking lot. There are 4 people working but 3 of them are mostly just milling around waiting for the 1 person on a computer to finish printing each label. I was timing them and they take 10 mins per car so if you see a line of 20 cars, expect to wait for 200 mins."
