"Dr Nasim is a very nice person he really cares about his patients and in my case he stood up for me when the care center I was at wanted to discharge me because I broke a rule I left to spend the night with my girlfriend at a hotel across the street! I told the night staff exactly where I was and they were all good but the day time staff wasn't advised and all hell broke loose long story short when I showed Dr Nasim a picture of my Girlfriend he said he didn't blame me for my action lol He insisted that if I passed all requirements they would have to re admit me and they did thank you Dr"

"Dr.Nasim has got to be my favorite Dr. Ever since I started dialysis 10 years ago. The absolute best. He is always on time with my medication refills ; always shows up when I’m in the hospital; does his rounds at the dialysis center and has a great sense of humor. He is professional but he’s also friendly in the most respectful professional way ! Dr. Nasim has made my dialysis days much better with his great personality! Thanks Doctor"

"This doctor is the worse. He is actually a contractor for the hospital and my father told me that he was never visited by this doctor. We got admitted in the ER yesterday for chest pain, The cardiologist gave the go ahead to discharge me father at 3pm in the afternoon, Dr Nasim had to sign the discharge but was not available, as he was driving. Therefore it was not possible to discharge my dad. I waited 1 hour before complaining and he was still in the car. After complaining with the nurse they escalated the procedure and he still took him another half an hour before responding. We wanted to leave without medical advice however we could not as the insurance threatened to deny payment if we did. Fast forward 2 hours we are still stuck here, it is unbelievable. so unprofessional. The thing is that we did not choose the doctor at west hill, we did not even see him. So it’s probably unavoidable. It must be nice to get paid tons of money for not even seeing the patient...."

"When I first visited my sister from NZ who was fighting for her life, Dr. Nasim went beyond his profession, he was compassionate and gave one of the best treatment. My sister had acute kidney failure and he put her through dialysis Which was the right treatment for her. He was comforting my sister every single day with his compassion and his humor which made my sister feel so much better. Without him my sister would not have received the treatment she needed. I really appreciate Dr. Nasim and I thank him for all his help and guidance. I found Dr. Nasim extremely helpful."
