"Been using Remedy since the beginning of the year as we switched from Apria. Darren initially got us set up as we had a long list of supplies and then made they were delivered as promised since we needed them urgently after discharging from the hospital. We're still glad we made the change with Remedy because Kellsie is super diligent with any ongoing orders because she's always on top of doctors' back office to make sure they've sent the prescription. I cannot say enough of what Kellsie does for us because it's so nice for a provider to be proactive rather than reactive."
