"I would give a 0 star is it was an option. I don't even know where to start, but this is the WORST laser place and I would not recommend to anyone. I bought a package of 6 sessions for my legs, underarms, and bikini. The first day I went I was so uncomfortable and in so much pain. I sat on the table crying as Claire did not pause and wasn't effected in any way that her client was clearly having an awful time. I kept asking, "It hurts really bad, is there any way you could turn it down?" Claire responded, "No." and kept going. This is how every single one of my treatments went for the last few months. Not to mention the SCARS and SCABS all up and down my legs from her burning me. Trust your gut! I even asked Claire, "Are you sure this wont leave marks because of how painful it feels?" She responded saying it doesn't hurt anyone else, invalidating my feelings and obviously not caring. Half the time she didn't even do my full legs and even called my different clients names and wasn't sure what treatments she was giving me or even what session I was on. So unprofessional and seriously the most disappointing waste of money. I had recently tried out Sev for my lower arms and to re do the areas I had done with Claire because the traumatizing sessions didn't even work. I was shocked at how nice, painless, and effective that company is. Laser should not be painful, period. If your client is crying in pain and you don't even budge, something is seriously wrong with you. I deserve a refund and compensation for the long lasting scars and burns this place gave me."

"Let me just start by saying I get so excited to come in for my laser appointments once a month. I come to Claire for laser and the results are amazing ! After my 6th session I have no hair growth. Claire is the absolute best, I feel no pain! Maryrose is also so sweet and a pleasure to see when I first walk in! I recommend all my friends and family here!"
