"No one accept for the Optometrist smiled the whole time I was there. The appointment reminder received indicated there was some type of online form that needed to be completed and brought in, but the mans volume and vocalizations made me feel stupid because I had no idea about this form. I did find a form online and printed and filled it out. I am 75 years old with poor computer skills. When I gave the completed form he said curtly " this isn't it, you filled out the wrong thing". He accessed my records ( I have been going to the same office since the 90"s )but I did have other forms to sign. Not a great experience. I may consider another eye care place."

"The staff were very friendly and did their job well. However, the appointment took much much longer than anticipated due to a long wait in the middle for the doctor. Additionally, the doctor seemed very quick to jump to the conclusion that I needed a prescription and that glasses that day was the only option. This was not the case but the communication aspect was not there."
"The tech and optometrist were both friendly and professional. Brittany the optometrist explained the digital image of my eye very well. Nice selection of frames. Happy with how my glasses turned out."
