"I had an okay experience the first time I went to Dr. Grace. On my second visit, after I was checked in by the front desk and waiting to be seen by Dr. Grace, she came out and called in a lady that was scheduled an hour later than me while I was still waiting. Then I overhear her saying to the lady "we will sneak you in". Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I cancelled my appointment and walked away. To her credit she did call me and apologize but this is egregious, I rather take my care elsewhere."
