"Terrible customer service. Sent a birthday arrangement to a family member and they forgot part of the order. I called the next day to let them know and there was no apology, no attempt to make it right just automatically said they’d give me a refund. The person on the phone was so unprofessional and rude. I was in complete shock. I asked for an explanation for the missing item but there was none. I called right back after my phone call to ask for a re-delivery instead of a refund, no answer. Left a message and never heard back. The recipient also told me that the delivery person was incredibly rude to them. (I did confirm that it was an Edible ArrangementS driver) not a third party delivery company. It’s incredibly embarrassing, especially when you are trying to make someone’s day. Will NEVER EVER order again."
"Rock stars!!! I called from New York State to confirm they could deliver to my son in California for his birthday, and they confirmed! Arrangement was a huge hit, and even though I placed order 3 days in advance, it arrived as scheduled. It was a huge hit, and I am so grateful! 10 stars folks, thanks so much!!!!!"
"So it was one of my families birthday, and she had been wanting Edible Arrangements for a good minute. For me being a guy, I can go to the grocery store and… I think you might get the idea. Then again that’s not what this is about. The arrangements are well made, and very creative. For the season that your order it in; the one we got was in summer. Colors of arrangement do differ. Look at the pics. They have Fall coming up. Which the colors involve more Chocolate colors. No it does not mean more ripe fruit. Luckily, this birthday falls in the tail end of summer, so colors are bright and beautiful. Since we chose to go the last minute our choices were limited real quick. How limited?only three choices. If we would have ordered like Edible Arrangements has the process laid out, we would have a variety of choices with peace of mind that it would have been delivered. By the way they do have next day delivery, and its free. I’m sure restriction apply. I have always thought the arrangements have been pricey. Especially when you can go to the grocery store buy the same fruit for $6 pre packaged fresh that day. Just not as fancy, actually not fancy at all. Edible for sure, but in a plastic see-through box. Then again that’s guy thinking. This is where Edible Arrangements well.. makes edible arrangements, they put in very cool flowery style designs, like a bouquet of flowers. The best part is you get to eat the fruit. It also has garnish but that is just to cover the foam, and the plastic sticks holding the fruit. You can see the picture I took of the arrangement we got. The hard part is keeping this arrangement fresh. Unless you have some commercial fridge. Then you have no problem. It is because of the size. Over 15 inches high. If it gets to be enjoyed immediately after then even better. Flowers might look nice for a few days, but eventually will have to be thrown away. Especially with this hot Southern Cali summer weather. The other good thing is that the vase it comes in is made of ceramic. At least ours was, So if you a small plant you have been wanting to transplant. SCORE! There it is. The Edible Arrangement store we went to is relatively small. About three customers, and it is full. Not necessarily a bad thing, since most of the orders are over the phone or web orders. Walking in you use the door on the right to enter the establishment. Immediately you are greeted by the person tending the lobby. We were greeted by this cool guy named Skander. Who was also on the phone. We were not in a hurry and good thing. I have learned through time that going to new places like this is not to be in a rush. Of course don’t make an all day event. But expect unexpected delays. For good reason, the computer was acting up. About ten minutes later he was done with the person on the phone. By that time what we wanted was very easily. Waiting a next day was out of the question. Waiting a few hours was also out of the question. So convenience was king. I don’t recommend this route as you do feel better having that peace of mind. The variety and price choice is broader. Trust me. The only thing that i thought was pricey was the chocolate, which they offer Godiva chocolate. This changed the whole perspective. The box of chocolate was only 7 inches by 7inches. In my ignorance that seemed like a lot to pay for chocolate. Lets just say I was wrong. Service was great and Skander had good customer service. Ask for him on your visit"
"Worst company and store EVER! Take your business elsewhere. They use unreliable delivery people, cancel orders without seeking permission from the purchaser & lie about everything!!! No attempt to make amends either. I spent over $100 for my recipient to never receive the gift and just lies to cover up their errors. So sad that they treat valuable customers like this when there are so many competitors out there. I sincerely hope they don't try and cover up their lies by responding here with even more! Shame on them. Follow up: 8/9/2022 With regard to your response below, it's very easy to say in public that you are concerned and I should reach out to you; however, the reality is that I spent time on the phone with a manager at the franchise location who was totally disinterested and felt that just giving me a refund was sufficient despite the completely embarrassing and disappointing situation Edible Arrangements caused me and my recipient. I have also spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with the corporate office regarding this matter. For anyone reading this review, be aware that Edible Arrangements corporate office, (and I did supposedly speak to a supervisor) totally dissociates itself from any responsibility for their franchisees! So disappointing. We all run our businesses differently but from my perspective, that the corporate office nor the franchisee even offered to send even a small token of an apology to my recipient speaks volumes! As far as your suggestion to reach out to you - well I guess it looks good from your perspective to write that, but like I said, I already did and wasted even more valuable time of mine on your company which I will never to again! If you have anything to add, which I would be surprised considering our the telephone conversations that have already taken place; then you call me - my number is in your system from my order!"
"I was away on my sons 18th birthday! So I wanted to send him a lil something memorable. And memorable it was … these guys waited till the very end of the day to deliver. It look’s like they forgot and pieced together the better mistakes into a box. Not the high quality beautiful product I expect from Edible arrangements"
