"I’ve only had great experiences with the team!"
"I have a very bad experience. I scheduled my appointment long time back because I was told they don’t have any appointments available before January and now they are keep canceling my appointment. I was told that someone will call me for rescheduling but that also never happened and I have to keep calling them and finding. Their service has been degrading and it’s a hassle for working families."
"Sutter Mountain View OBGYN deserves no more than a 0 rating. They handled the case with negligence, including not updating previous medical records, canceling the appointment without any notice, projecting their incompetent nurse practitioners as being as good as physicians, and sent incorrect prescription to the pharmacy. On top of that, they bill the patient excessively and charge nurse visits as much as a doctor visit. Stay away from this facility if you like the doctors and nurses to care for you as a patient with any level of compassion."
"My husband and I are trying to get pregnant with our first child. I scheduled an appointment with an OB to get acquainted, find someone I was comfortable with and ask a few questions of. She told me that because the primary care doctors really liked working with pregnant women that she didn’t need to see me until my 3rd trimester and even then only if there were any issues. Out of all my friends and family that have been pregnant I’ve never heard of anyone being told by their OB that they could just go to their PC for the bulk of their pregnancy. I also had some follow up questions which I emailed her and she kept referring me back to my PC who was giving me conflicting information. Really felt like I was being given the brush off."
