Reviews
"Called and left a message to schedule for surgery appointment two days ago and still no call back. I read reviews that they don’t return calls. Called Ms Wednesday and still two days later no call back. It’s better to talk to a LIVE person otherwise no replies for Anyone. I have to call on Monday to see if I can make appointment. Otherwise I have to think outside of the box."
"I saw a very good doctor there, but the office does not answer phone messages. That is serious for a medical office. I am hoping that perhaps she has another way for me to message her."
"Dr. Wen was incredibly rude. He would ask questions, and interrupt me before I could finish. He didn't wait for the full explanation before assuming he knew what the problem was. He suggested that the problem might be a result of high blood pressure, after his nurse had tested by blood pressure moments before and found it normal to low. He asked to examine me, and before I could explain where the pain was, he forcefully handled it, causing me intense discomfort and hours of lasting pain."
"This is the second time the office messed up some simple paperwork, and they only had to do it twice. And then it's impossible to get them on the phone to fix it."
"I cannot speak to the quality one may receive for cancer treatments or other more serious conditions, but as a patient with low risk HPV, I faced some of the worst treatment and attention from a doctor's office I have ever received. I went into the office to get a biopsy typing for my HPV. After expressing my wishes, the doctor tried to schedule me for another day for the biopsy. He said it was because he had to make sure the laboratory could perform the test. I insisted he make the call while I was there, and after making the call he was able to do the biopsy in the next 10 mins. While waiting for results the staff frequently told me incorrect dates for said results, did not respond to my calls, and when finally delivering the results, read me incorrect information about a BCG therapy that no one had discussed. Upon questioning this information, they hung up on me. The initial results were useless, as instead of typing my HPV, they just did a positive negative test, which was information I already knew. Only after multiple pressing calls from me did they ask the laboratory to perform the typing test. Again while waiting for these results I faced the same problems with promised and failed dates. At one point a staff member told me that my results came back negative, which I already knew to be untrue, and didn't make sense as I had asked for a typing. Upon me questioning this, she hung up on me. Finally the test results were delivered, only for me to find out that the actual test I requested wasn't performed, and again more redundant information was delivered. It turns out the test I wanted could not be performed by the laboratory, and this entire 2 months process and my multiple copays could have been avoided had the doctor or staff clearly delivered the information I had given them. On top of ALL of this, the doctor and his staff scheduled several appointments for me to come in, all of which cost money, to tell me information that could easily, or already had been discussed over the phone. They also failed to upload my test results (albeit useless) to the online portal, forcing me to drive half an hour to pick them up in person. Doctor Langford was kind and patient with me, and the staff were as well. I wish them no malice, but their absolute incompetence was a detriment to my mental health, life, and wallet."
