"I went here last January for emergency (toothache) and they said I need to wait a call in 1-2weeks or more for the Root canal. Guess what?! It’s almost august! No call yet. My toothache is getting worse! Do you want me to wait 1 year for just root canal?! I went here because I know the Root Canal procedure is covered on my insurance. I don’t want to pay hella money on other clinics! Worse dental clinic. They don’t care about their patients!"

"Never again!! i had an appt for my son and went also with my 1yr old baby that i was carrying amd wasnt taking space. they did not let me go inside with my son and they gave me a chair for to wait OUTSIDE in the cold because i had my baby in my arms and only 1 person it was just really not proffesional at all. About only 3 person inside waiting and they still said for me to wait outside."

"First and foremost, they have very uncoordinated and inaccurate communication among the staff members. They dispatch inconsistent information regarding your appointment date and reason of appointment you have. My whole family get treated there. But, I have had several times of misinformation about my daughters’ appointment dates and reason of the appointment. And, I started getting treated for my tooth here. But, the level and cost of treatment went from bad and less expensive to worst and most expensive level of treatment. I wish I would have extracted my tooth than costing me that much money and time without getting treated perfectly."
