"This is actually insane, I’ve been trying to figure out my medical bill for the past 6 months, and have gotten terrible customer service. I was promised a call back, it’s been two weeks with no call. I’ve called back for the last two days and they are “closed for a company wide meeting” God forbid you have someone manning the customer service desk to take calls why yall charge insane amounts for your services."

"The billing customer service is extremely less than desirable, to put it mildly. There are always long wait times on hold. When I leave a voice message asking for a call back, I never get one. Finally, when I get ahold of someone, she is snippy and unfriendly. If the bill is for an uninsured patient, they have to answer all kinds of income questions just to get not financial assistance, but a simple self pay discount."

"A corporation that disguises it's message of profiteering from sick patients by using emancipatory language on their website. This corporation acts like it's making a difference by providing AI assisted therapy but no where on their website does it say they're doing anything to change policy to make healthcare a public good and government funded. Instead they're asking you, the patient, to pay a private insurance or you to pay out of pocket for insanely overcharged prices. $1,166 for a "visit" where a doctor looked at me for half a second and never said or did anything else. This is nothing but a price gouging corporation. If they really cared about you, the patient, and your financial well being they would be advocating politically to end privatized healthcare."

"Had an emergency visit at Riverside community hospital for a follow up visit with a neurologist and got a big phat bill they wouldn't wave off as I went to Ceders Sinai. They argued with blue shield wouldn't call back or do anything about this bill. Till I recently found out about how you guys bought out CEP America in 2018 yet I got a bill in 2019 from them yet you guys as you own them. After years of fighting and being harassed as it was going to affect my credit score being sent to collections till recently all credit score unions stopped listing medial debt for this reason. I have warned others of your shady practices. Currently now I owe you nothing by law. This is an absolute joke to the medical industry. And the head nurologist's at Ceders knows everything...."

"HORrendous. Medical providers - DO NOT USE. any outsource billing provider should actually send bills. These people do not. They call and leave a messages about bills they have not sent. Newsflash - people pay bills. We are programmed not to assume best intentions when we get a mysterious voicemail inviting us to visit a website include our personal information and credit card details. Please read on for a cautionary tale and do not use these people to provide you billing services if you are an independent medical provider. I’ve received over eight phone calls from these folks with weird automated messages. Initially I thought they were just the usual phishing spam. I tried calling them back a couple times and then I started to think there’s something weirdly bureaucratically officious and maybe there are legitimate. No way to tell what the Dunning call relates to – no information about patient, no information about service, no information about medical provider, no date. You were just supposed to know somehow in your family that this organization relates to some specific medical situation that you will automatically and intuitively know relates to an account, a process, a provider, a procedureI’ve called back three times to sit through unending voicemails that are a mask for their amateur and understaffed situation. I finally broke through to a person who tried to ask me personal information to authenticate me, and I told him I don’t want to give you any PII nor am I asking you for any information protected by HIPAA. just at least tell me the name of the doctor that is asking them to bill me, no other details. In response, he asked me to provide the names of my children. No way. He finally asked me if they should mail me a statement. Are you kidding me? Of course that is the first thing you should do is mail me a bill. Calling people and dunning them to provide credit card information over the phone comes after you’ve mailed them a bill and failed to pay. Total total amateurs total waste of time."
