"Billing with Metropolis is a nightmare; and when you do try and contact billing, they do not return you calls. Metropolis has billed me and Medicare on several occasions for services never performed. I have contacted Metropolis, they said it was an error. They billed Medicare again, and I was billed by Metropolis for what Medicare did not cover. Medicare has been informed and has investigated Metropolis. They have billed in excess of $2,500 for services never performed. It gets even better--I been there only once years ago, yet they're still trying to collect off of Medicare and my secondary insurance."
