"Retaliatory (discontinued all meds when I wanted to switch providers and was courageous enough to file an internal complaint). Then, falsified a note (the last note of hers in my file), talking about all these "issues" that I supposedly had... Of course, none of the prior notes indicate these problems. The final note appeared to be an attempt to shift blame onto her patient to cover herself. My favorite part of her final note was that I had boundary issues... Yet, for the majority of our sessions, SHE was the one doing the talking. I know her birthday, about her family, her culture, her diet, etc. I highly doubt she could tell you much of anything about me. Additionally, at one point, after not being able to reach her for over a month (when I was in crisis), she finally answered that she "thought [you] should sit with it...suffer" for a while. What kind of doctor does that?"

"If you have her as your doctor, I'm so sorry. At my first appointment she was late, rushed, and kept talking about herself the entire time. Then she said she was going to prescribe medication which she never did. Make sure you record every session you have with her. She will twist and turn your words and literally write false medical notes about you. So be careful. If you have a bad experience with a doctor file a grievance complaint and do something about it. Your mental health is worth it. Find a doctor who is good at their job."

"She's not only a bad doctor, she's a bad person. Don't trust her, record your interactions. Something is wrong with her and Kaiser does not care."

""Dr." Yap-lacap beleives in pseudoscience such as alkaline treatments and will diagnose you as acidic right when you walk through the door. She will talk at you for an hour without listening to a single word you have to say. I can't beleive someone that has a PHD and practices psychiatry could be this bad."
