"Dentist No-Showed...we came for our "confirmed dental appt" in the middle of the week at 3pm and the doors were locked and lights were out, and no one was there. No one answered the phone to explain why they weren't there and no one left a note on the door either. Very odd"

"Dr Mugatash did a wonderful job in explaining the treatment options for my 4 children and then performing specialized procedures. The staff and dental hygienists/assistants were courteous and professional. All did very good with children. Looking forward to our next visit in 6 months."

"This is the fifth time my son’s appointment was canceled. They always call with some type of excuse and then as the receptionist stated that they are doing “training” or “it’s not safe for kids to come” she asks what kind of insurance does my child have. Very unprofessional I will no longer be bringing him here since it is clear that they are incompetent. I will also be reporting this to the state."

"My children and have had mixed experiences there. The first time we went for a filling, my daughter complained of pain for months and the doctor minimized it. Then again, when a spacer fell out, the doctor put it in at such an angle that it cut my daughter’s gums and tongue and she could not eat. When I called to see when we could get in to fix it, the person answering the phone was not able to find a time before 6 days, so we came back that day and said we would wait until they fixed it. The doctor said no problem, which is fine for her, but what about apologizing for setting it in there crooked and causing my daughter’s pain, and for the additional 2 hours plus I had to drive that day? An acknowledgment of a mistake or insensitivity would have been nice."
