"My appointment was at 11:20am and it is now 12:20pm and I have yet to be seen by a doctor. I'm just waiting in the patient room. I had to come to this clinic for a problem I am having because the Elk Grove clinic did not have availability and I do not recommend coming here at all, unless you want to wait for over an hour just to be seen. If a patient is 15 minutes late, our appointment is cancelled but what about when the doctor is late? What then? This is not acceptable and I won't return to this location ever again."
