"Licensed staff are good, but scheduling department is awful.Two times I have showed up, waited for about an hour and find out my appointment was “scheduled for a different time” hours before or after... When I specifically schedule appointments 2 weeks in advance."

"They create apointments you did not agree to, give you no email or text notification, then charge you hundreds of dollars when you don't show up to apointments you didn't know you had. As well when you do schedule appointments about 50/50 you will be sitting for 45 minutes to a hour in the waiting room just to find out they forgot to schedule the appointment ( and that is if your lucky and your doctor even came in to work that day). There is no reliable way to check when you have appointments. They also messed up my dissability paperwork. They are very rude always insisting that they did send an email when they did not. I called one week to clarify my apointments and was told I had none, I called the next week and was told I had two apointments, when I told them what the previous representative had stated (me having no upcoming appointments) she said "I doubt that. So do you want to keep seeing your doctor or what". People who are seeing a psychiatrist already have enough issues without the added stress of money vanishing for "missed appointments" that should never have been scheduled in the first place. On top of that I have seen 3 psychiatrists from this company not because I made apointments but because they sent me reminder emails and I did not want to get charged so I showed up and explained to the psychiatrist that I already had one with the same company. Both of the psychoatrists told me they hadn't been working here long but they already noticed the office making a lot of mistakes. Unfortunately for me I have to continue to deal with this scam of a company because there are no other psychiatrists accepting patients within 3 hours of my home. The only time they took responsibility and refunded the $100 fee was when they scheduled me with two different doctors at the same office at the same time which I obviously couldn't go to both appointments. Even then they made it difficult I had to argue with 3 people before they agreed to refund me, the pend dissapeared but came back 2 days later! They still charged me I had to call back and again argue with a few people before they ultimately did refund the money. Do these people work on commission? Seriously I'm at my wits end but I have PTSD and NEED help!"
