"I went here for years and the nurse practitioner was great. I think her name was Julie. Didn’t have as great experience with Dr Hamidi. I had a small bill and I had moved out of the country and they didn’t email me about it just sent me to collections agency. I didn’t find out about it until seeing the ding on my credit report over a year later. I even came in for another visit prior to seeing it in my credit report and they said nothing to me about the late payment. By the way the bill was because I came in for an annual exam and I asked about migraines during the visit and they billed the insurance for a non preventative care visit. Most offices will tell you to book a different visit if they are going to bill it as something other than your scheduled visit type. Especially for preventive care. They knew exactly what they were doing. Will never go back or recommend them."

"Hamidi cares more about money than patients or customer service. She also does not listen to patients when they are describing their symptoms and says itsi nothing."
