"Dr Spinweber does not actually care about veterans, only cares about the money. I didn't receive any actual care. The doctor made mistakes on my paperwork, had me correct it and bring it back for them to type it up. Then I was told I owed them another $570 but they would allow me to pay $200. I didn't pay right away because the receptionist told me I didn't have to and I didn't have a complete invoice (missing $800 that I paid).
