I have a difficult contacts prescription and he's helped me see so much better which is priceless.I drive from North Oceanside to Tierrasanta to see him because he and his staff do such a great job. Also, his staff is SO helpful and friendly! Lastly, his new office is amazing, comfy seating and very roomy. I not only bought my contacts there but added a couple pairs of sunglasses as well. "This optometry place has been a wonderful experience, especially regarding OrthoK for me. Although the process was extremely terrifying for me since I don’t like touching my eyes, the staff were able to talk me through the process to make it extremely easy to understand and so far I’ve been wearing it for a week and a half and it’s helped my eyesight improve tremendously! On top of that they’re also really accommodating and kind when making appointments with, making the experience that much more enjoyable! I highly recommend Clairemont Optometry if you are looking for a professional optometrist such as Dr. Nguyen and his staff."
"I took my mom here for her eye exam and new glasses. The doctor, Dr Nguyen, was really nice and meticulous during the exam. She loved the vast selection they offered. She ended up with a new glasses that she really liked. They took her insurance so she ended up to pay very little. She has found her new eye doctor."
"Overall, pleasant experience (9/1/23). Easy to book an appointment even as a new patient (most of it was online). Bella helped me with a brief description of the two procedures. Camila was patient with me when testing/scanning my eyes (I was struggling to look into the machine) as well as picking out glasses. Dr. Bruce explained what’s happening and answers any question you have to make you comfortable. I was surprised how fast the glasses were done through insurance (about 2 weeks for mine). They even provided a cleaning kit with the free glasses (9/18/23). Recommend this place for a quick appointment (maybe like 40 minutes max) and kind employees."
