"Made an appointment. Had to wait a whole month. When I got there today, they had apparently cancelled my appointment. They told me that they spoke with me on the phone yesterday and I had told them to cancel my appointment. Which is not true — I didn’t talk to anybody on the phone yesterday. After figuring out what was going on, they realized that they had talked to another patient yesterday and assumed it was me. They apologized and told me I have to reschedule my appointment another month from now. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I've been a patient for about 50 yrs, and it's like the Padres - the good players come & go. The good doctors also come & go. Misdiagnosis had been problem for my family. I now have an excellent doctor, Dr. Lisa Butler, but had permanent damage to my hands from a misdiagnosis by Dr. Brian Lenzkes , missing carpel tunnel conditions."

"I called this office 3x to schedule and appointment with Dr. Shi. The appointment scheduler/staff all three times were so disrespectful and rude. I never got the callback that I was told would happen. When I called to schedule my appointment the third time, the tone I received was extremely condescending. I decided to Change my PCP instead of going to see this doctor because I can't imagine having a long term relationship with a doctor whose staff members do not demonstrate the most basic level of respect for a patient. Perhaps they don't need new patients, but I think it's very sad to be in the medical service field and show lack of concerns and respect for potential patients. I would like to give constructive feedback to the Internal Medicine Associate group, unfortunately I cannot find any contact information."

"My mother has been coming here for several years. Because of the good care she has been receiving, I decided to make the switch for myself. I could not be happier. The Dr is knowledgeable and patient. The office has an in-house lab that is much more convenient than going to an off-site lab location."
