Rhodaline Tootell, M.D. - Primary Care is a doctor's office located at 9850 Genesee Avenue in San Diego, California. Dr. Tootell joined the Perlman Clinic in 2019, bringing with her over a decade of experience in family medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and completed her Medical Degree at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Tootell has a special interest in preventive medicine, chronic care management, pediatrics, and women's health.

In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Tootell is passionate about forming strong relationships with her patients to help them achieve their best health. She believes in spending time listening to and understanding each patient's concerns.

Outside of work, Dr. Tootell enjoys the outdoors, running, cycling, cooking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, along with their four children, fell in love with San Diego during a visit in 2018 and made the decision to move there shortly after. They are excited to be part of the community and are enjoying exploring the beaches, parks, coffee shops, and restaurants that the area has to offer.
