"The 31 of January I have my third appointment with Dr.Tania. she is great Dr. That is what I tink about Dra Tania Unfortunately she call me after My previous review. I only explained what I feel about this office service.. Unfortunately Dra Tania She call me. Next day and say. She no longer will be my doctor.she never finished the treatment. She started and I call her. Send phone massage. Send email. Requesting the Diagnostic about my healt. She denied..SOMETHING LIKE DR. SHE MAKE A PROMISE TO HELP PEOPLE... I really disappointed. Whit she's service and staf. the two receptionist they don't deserve to be working on that position. Both of the receptionist are so unfriendly. They don't have any respect. I mentioned to Dra Tania. I not the only one having this bad experience. The review on the bottom of my. The lady have a bad experience with this office..Today they hangs the phone twice....NO RESPECT...I sure not continue seeing Dr Tania or looking for another reumatology...really disappointed..person like that do not deserve to be working with patients."

"I didn`t get a chance to have my appointment with Dr. Rivera as I cancelled two days after making my initial appointment. Upon finally getting someone to talk to at the office, the woman on the other line made me feel bad for trying to make an appointment. She was short with me and her tone indicated annoyance, while asking me "What is your diagnosis?". I don`t have one yet because I am TRYING to get in to see the doctor. I explained my test results and my desire to see the doctor and I was met with "Well, what are your symptoms?". The whole tone was off and made me feel like this office would not be a good fit for me based on this one person who is intaking patients. Look, I get it, you're busy or you're having a bad day or maybe you just don`t want to make another phone call. I get it, but health care and dealing with chronic pain and illness is a sensitive topic, so have a bit of compassion and act like you want to help, even if it is just acting. Really sorry I am not getting to see Dr. Rivera as I have had her on my radar since moving to San Diego, but I decided to go elsewhere. When I called the office I am currently on the schedule with, I didn`t feel like a burden. That's a good start."
