"I just called again and got put on hold for 1 hour and the representative who transferred me 3 times hung up on me lol. The reason I am trying to book appointment even after a full loads of frustration is because my insurance randomly assigned to One Medical and I currently have no other choice but to make appointment with them until my insurance finalizes the change of my medical group to different one. As a non-member (I’m sure it’s going to be better with membership than this, but who wants to pay $199 when you can get a better service at other place like Scripps for free?), I can make a zoom appointment, but I need to call the office to get temporary Zoom ID for non member lol. You gotta be joking… I mean that’s fine. I am willing to call you to get the ID. But why don’t you pick ip the call!!!!!!!!! So annoying omg. Stop transferring people multiple times and telling them you are dedicated blah blah. Just think of it as what happened to you. Would you feel fantastic? Stop saying you guys are trying. I gave you one more chance. Didn’t change at all and rather you hung up on me. People, please change PCP this is like the worst of worst. This is solely as a perspective of a non-member. Member might be better but like I said, Scripps already offers much more without this kind of membership. I’m just waiting for mine to change to Scripps."

"Dr. Hickman was really great, very caring and asked thorough questions. Reception area is very nice and wait staff was very friendly and even offered me water during my wait. I was in and out for a wellness visit within 50 minutes. I did not purchase the full membership just the 'limited access' and it's fine. Only big difference is having to call to make an appointment but I called and got an appointment the same day."

"I’m a pediatrician, so I speak from experience when I say that the phlebotomist Randy was FANTASTIC with a blood draw for my 11 year old today. My son didn’t even know the blood draw had happened until it was over. And Randy was exceptionally kind the entire time. I’m very impressed!"

"I signed up for One Medical because it seemed super convenient, but when I saw the reviews for this location I was pretty shocked and was nervous about going. I even canceled my initial appointment and started looking into how I could make going into one of the other offices work with my schedule. Eventually I just decided to roll the dice and go in and I was very pleasantly surprised. The office itself is very clean and modern (although I'd be surprised if it wasn't given that it's part of Westfield UTC) and the front desk staff were great. I had filled out everything on the app so I didn't need to do any paperwork which was super nice. After about 5 minutes of waiting, Dr. Hickman came out and was very warm and welcoming. We went through a pretty in-depth first-time-patient type interview about my family history of disease and my general health and lifestyle and then Dr. Hickman immediately addressed all of my concerns that had brought me in in the first place (outside of also just being overdue for an annual exam). He was very attentive and straight-forward with me which I greatly appreciated. One of the conveniences that drew me to One Medical was the on-site lab which ended up being fantastic as well. After my exam, I waited another 5 minutes-ish in the lobby before being called back in to have my blood drawn. I was super impressed with how smoothly that went as well. The lab tech is great at his job and like everyone else at this office, was very friendly and professional. I walked in the door at 2PM, and after a full exam (including that comprehensive interview), having my blood drawn and urine sample collected, and receiving a vaccine, I was walking out the door at 2:50PM. I'm glad I ended up deciding to come in. Don't rely on the one star reviews here, virtually all doctor's offices seem to collect them, it just seems like not that many people have shared their good experiences here yet."
